What if you ended 2025 by taking the time to truly live?
Café Max opens its doors on December 31st, for lunch and dinner, to close the year in the intimate atmosphere of a Parisian institution. Picture this: a winter stroll under the illuminated Dôme des Invalides, followed by a gourmet stop nestled in our red banquettes.
For this New Year's Eve, Chef Frédéric Vardon has created an exceptional festive menu (€125). The choice will be difficult between the freshness of raw scallops from the Seine Bay and the indulgence of homemade duck foie gras from Les Landes.
The celebration continues with great French tradition: Pan-fried John Dory or the unmissable Beef Rossini with black truffles. After a Norman pause with Calvados and some aged cheeses, you'll finish light with a classic Baked Alaska with citrus.
To accompany these dishes, our philosophy remains the same: great wines ready to drink and gentle pricing ethics, so that celebration remains a shared pleasure.
Whether you prefer a discreet lunch before the festivities or an exceptional dinner to await the stroke of midnight, Café Max is your refuge.
Seats for both services are extremely limited.
