On February 5th at 8pm, Café Max hosts an exceptional dinner around Château Montrose, 2nd Grand Cru Classé of Saint-Estèphe. Vintages 2005, 2009 and 2015. 5-course menu at €195.
On the evening of February 14th, Café Max goes confidential. No displayed menu, just a surprise slate by Frédéric Vardon. 28 seats, dinner only.
