How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 3 to 4 weeks ahead for smaller groups, and 6 to 8 weeks for a full venue hire, especially during the festive season (November and December). Don't hesitate to reach out even at short notice: we always do our best to find a solution.
Can we bring our own birthday cake?
Yes, of course. You're welcome to bring a personalised cake. Our team will keep it refrigerated and present it at just the right moment, candles and all. A small corkage fee may apply, clearly stated in your quote.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Absolutely. The Chef adapts to all dietary needs: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies and more. Simply let us know when you request your quote and we'll prepare suitable alternatives for every guest concerned, without disrupting the main menu.
Is there a minimum spend for full venue hire?
Yes, full venue hire involves a minimum spend that varies depending on the day of the week and the package chosen. This is clearly stated in your quote, with no surprises. For smaller partial hire (up to 20 guests), the arrangement is more flexible.
Can we set up a projector or sound system for a presentation?
We have an in-house background sound system for your playlist. For specific AV needs (projector, microphone, screen), we can recommend trusted partners or accommodate your own equipment depending on the room layout. Mention it when you request your quote so we can plan accordingly.
Is the terrace available for private hire?
Yes, the permanent terrace on avenue de la Motte-Picquet is available year-round, and the seasonal terrace runs from April to October. Hiring with the terrace included lets you welcome more guests, up to around fifty in a mixed indoor-outdoor setup.
