Since 1941, Café Max has weathered every season. And each year, the team takes a few days to recharge before spring kicks in. That's part of what makes a bistro last: knowing when to slow down to come back stronger.
What to expect when we're back
Chef Frédéric Vardon and his crew will return with fresh inspiration on the blackboard. Seasonal produce is starting to shift — the first spring vegetables aren't far off — and we can't wait to put them on your plate.
And good news: the seasonal terrace will reopen in early April for seven months of sunshine on Avenue de la Motte-Picquet. More on that very soon.
